"We bought our first toy hauler trailer. Sadly, nothing was working properly. The rv company has had their guys come out 3 times, and was only able to fix one thing! It’s been a nightmare for us. The only good thing that came from that rv place was they referred Oscar to us once they couldn’t send their own techs out. He was incredibly fast and very knowledgeable!!! Super friendly. He showed me all the issues with the trailer. I can’t tell you how much peace that has brought us knowing we can call him anytime. I truly feel he’s not charging enough for how knowledgeable and fast he is. He’s so worth it! I attached photos below of everything he took me through. Our speakers weren’t working, the ac wasn’t working, it needs a new converter…. The list goes on and on. I wish we would have known about him 3 months ago. I promise you will be highly pleased. Reminds me of the good old days doing business with him. I would give 10 stars!!! UPDATE - it’s august 17th 2023 and we’ve had to have Oscar come out 3-4 times since March now!!!!!!! HE’S THE BEST! He’s the fastest and he saves us a lot of time and money. I love that he can come to our trailer and fix things. Can’t write enough good things about him. He works hard and knows a lot! Our newer trailer must have been built during Covid because nothing has worked on it. It’s such a shame. Oscar has brought us peace."
