"They are fairly quick, really understanding and helpful. It’s my go to one. But the ice cream machine turns off after 3 am and between I believe 3am-4am it is cash only and online orders or code can’t be used at that time either. They are also 24 hrs lobby is close at 12 I think"

"Awful parking lot but a good interior. Also, the cell reception in that particular area is abysmal, so I hope you packed a book to read while you eat. The food was tasty and hot, the interior was clean, and the service was fast. The drive-thru can get pretty packed during rush hours with it's sole line and prime location, but they work through it fast enough. ★★★★"

"This restaurant was filthy. It needs a visit from the franchise owner to put things back in check. Dirty tables, chairs not pushed in, full garbages. They're not busy right now at 230pm, and have a full staff in the back. Unacceptable. Someone should be taking care of the lobby. Let's see if anyone addresses these complaints. I'll come back in a week to check for changes."

"Everyone needs remedial training. I was kicked out while waiting for my order and told to wait outside by the side entrance. 20 mins later ring and a female comes out with the order which was cold, as it has sat for 30 mins out. She snaps the the bag and goes inside. Once inside, she mocked me by saying "duh! dudes takes half hour and complains..." She came out and patronized me on ringing the bell. I told her you guys told me to wait our and that the food was coming shortly when I got asked to leave the lobby. She would not let me finish, she wanted to have the last word. I ended the conversation by telling her to "stop talking to me and go and talk to your supervisor " and of course, she said it once again "you need to....." I get home and my fries were half full this time, but warm. This is my third time having an issue with employees being rude and confrontational. First was they "don't allow motorcycles to use the drive through," so I'm forced to go into the restaurant. The other over food quality and attitudes. This is isolated to the night crew as I recognize the faces. I understand this is a minimum wage job and perhaps not ideal. That's no excuse to treat others, customer or not, without dignity or respect."

"Where is all the love in the world? Not in the reviews for this McDonald’s it appears. I want to say how I appreciate talking to educated young people who articulate and enunciate their words when speaking even at the drive thru. Drive thru guy, I understood every word of English you said. The university students who work here made the experience a good one. Even the tattooed girl at the front counter. On top of that they put a big breakfast in an adult happy meal box. What a wonderful surprise! My kid loved it. I like this McDonald’s! Will come back next time we visit Eugene."
