"I ordered a drink and it was made wrong. I asked several times for it to be fixed and was told that they had made it the way they were supposed to and they were not going to change it. I went ultimately to the Starbucks across the parking lot where I found an incredible atmosphere. Wonderful people that not only made the drink correctly put wouldn't even charge me for it to make up for what this Starbucks had done."
"Went there because my usual starbucks the one in Lancaster with drive thru is currently under renovations. I was seriously craving a pumpkin spice latte so I went in, 15 or 20 min waiting for my order to be taken! I asked the young man if they could take my order he said “oh I have 3 drinks to make” he was not alone, and besides I know taking an order is important I wouldn’t mind to wait for my drink being made but to wait that much? I waited because I’m in the customer service as well and I understand how stressing and busy one can get but, seriously?!"
