"Left a review awhile ago after the expensive blizzard that I ordered had very little ingredients and wasn’t mixed up well at all. We tried them on 6 different occasion and every time the expensive blizzard was not worth it. It was though they don’t care anymore even after asking for extra Oreo Tonight we try them again and again the blizzard was not mixed up half melted. I’m very little Oreo, even after asking for more extra Oreo. Long drive, but there’s a Dairy Queen out off of Highway 26 on the way to Cannon Beach. That still cares their blizzards are cheaper and when you ask for an Oreo blizzard it’s well mixed and done right every time. we have no reason to visit this Dairy Queen ever again. They have gone downhill for years now and seem to just continue to get worse with their customer service and quality."
"Very good service these days, I’ve seen the improvement! Very friendly staff and I appreciate that knowing how busy and hectic it can get. It’s all kids that work there but who ever is the manager really must be doing what they can to improve service. I appreciate all your hard work!"
"I got a hot fudge sundae and it hardly has any hot huge in it after paying for the extra... then the guy didn't even want to help me as I placed the order on the app to pick up in store I believe his name was Andy. I asked him if this is what they consider extra hot fudge and he said yeah and when I told him there was no way it was he said well it is and walked away!!!! Do better."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go any time close to closing. We pulled up to the speaker at 10:28pm after waiting in a line of cars. We were the last one! We sat there till 10:35pm. They close at 10:30pm and they would not take our order. I've never been treated like that at a fast food restaurant. I've worked at many fast food restaurants and we always finished after the last car that was in line at close."
"We ordered a chicken strip basket, and other things. All of the fries were EXTREMELY salty and the chicken strips were so tough it was hard to rip a piece off. Almost like it was made hours ago and reheated. We waited over 15 minutes at the window and none of the food was even hot/fresh. They did make our order right this time and gave us all the extras we asked for, but the food was just gross and I feel like it should have been hot food for how long it took."
