"I rarely take the time to review products I buy but I was so pleased with this purchase and the service I received that I had to share. The product came really well wrapped with all the mounting hardware I needed and clear instructions/diagram. Best of all, I ordered an extra gas can planning to drill my own mount on the other side of the rack and Scott personally called to make sure he provided me the right mounting hardware for my plan. He even shipped me a different mouting bracket that worked better for what I was trying to do. The product quality was awesome and the custom service was amazing. Will definitely be ordering again soon."

"This is just a comment on doing business with SRC. I had a credit card hijacked and had some fraudulent charges to deal with. In the process of clearing up the mess, the bank inadvertently listed a transaction with SRC Moto as "disputed," and refused to pay them, this after the order was delivered. I was advised that the transaction was disputed about a week after delivery. I got a call from SRC that same morning, and a very polite young woman asked if there was a problem with the order, and did I want to return it. I explained to her what had happened, got the bank straightened out, and got them paid. But her demeanor could not have been more pleasant, and even though the bank caused a delay in their being paid, she was understanding, and closed our call with a "happy motorcycling!" I like this vendor, and will look for excuses to buy more stuff from them in the future."

"Ordered several parts for 2 Honda CB500X ( crash bars, skid plates etc ) these parts are well built and easy to install. Technical support is on point. Returns if necessary are quick and without issue. I will be ordering from them again."
