"Really bad customer service. The front receptionist & owner were rude & unprofessional. They quoted me & then when i payed charged me almost 200 extra… Heard from mult ppl in the area theyve had similar experiences(regarding customer service). I highly recommend going to les schwabs instead ive never had a bad experience & they’re customer service is always on par. I would absolutely put zero stars if i could."
"Really great people the owner & the receptionist are really helpful & nice. Called to get a quote on tires, we had a certain tire in mind.. they were so great got the quote back to me in no time at all. While talking about tires they recommended another brand & we were a little hesitant but went with the ones they recommended & boy are we glad we went with the ones they recommended we are so pleased with them. They are great with the traction in the snow & ice. So pleased with their choice of tire. When they recommended a tire I would take it. They know want they are doing. Would recommended them for all your needs 10/10"
"Stopped here for tire chains on my vehicle. I'm so happy I called here first and stopped. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend asking for Scott, as he taught me a life skill I will use moving forward in the future. Friendly staff ready to help.
