"It is rare that i wrote a review at all, let alone a negative one, but this "service" was worth mentioning to me. After paying for a pre-purchase inspection, we requested a rough estimate of the cost to fix the issues that were found about the vehicle, in order for us to make an offer to the owner. The person I was speaking with acted as though it was unheard of that we would want to know the cost to fix something we were considering buying. She however agreed to do that for us, but that it would take some time. After a week I still heard nothing and called back. She then informed me it would take a few more days. I asked to speak at least to the mechanic who looked at it, but was told he was too busy and she could answer my questions. She was trying to be helpful, I saw, however the request has not been filled and it has now been several weeks with no communication. Her tone over the phone was enough to make me not want to follow up again. Needless to say we moved on from buying that vehicle and would not take a vehicle there in the future due to the poor service."

"Awesome shop. These folks rescued us from our failing AC while driving to Walla Walla, from Portland. We called them and dropped in 30 minutes later and not too long after arriving, we were back on the road. Would definitely return if I needed quality work from trustworthy mechanics."

"My truck broke down 5:00 on a Friday, on the way through town- on a trip from Seattle to Colorado. Their team stayed to take a look at the truck, quickly diagnosed the problem. They helped me sort out a taxi and rental car. Fixed the truck for a reasonable price and I picked it up on my way back through town on the return. Three months later, it's still running great. Competent, helpful and friendly mechanics and staff. Highly recommend!"

"Fair and honest people. It was late and limped into town with a bad water pump. It was a Tue at almost 4pm and I needed to get to Olympia for Thanksgiving. I was stuck and now on foot. These folks gave me a ride to a hotel and told my he thought he could get a part from his supplier. We went to sleep not knowing what to expect the next day. I get a voice mail the next morning and the man tells me my car is ready. I walked to the shop and turns out it took more than just a pump. Turns out these guys stayed at the shop till 8pm so I would have my car in the morning. Price was fair and I would recommend these folks as strait shooters and very trustworthy. If you like fancy waiting rooms move on. These guys atr honest."
