"Honestly really disappointed and I feel like this company in general has gone downhill. The one on Hill Street in Albany absolute favorite I don't know if anybody still works there anymore that I know but they would always have my coffee ready and it tastes so good. You're in Lebanon I got a drink this morning and I asked for a blended white chocolate mocha I watched her literally just dump white chocolate syrup at the bottom of this cup and fill it from a slushy machine and I asked for chocolate and caramel on the cup and she drizzled it like it was on a shortage. And then to be charged like eight bucks for something I could have got a quickie Mart for two. What happened to good coffee anymore unfortunately I will never be stopping by the human being locations ever again."

"I showed up on Mother's day and the place was packed. I was happily surprised that the line moved quickly. The coffee was great and I received a rose for my mom free of charge. I thought that was pretty cool. Most places wouldn't have done that. Very happy with their business practices. Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Good job human bean! Update- Picked up a Irish cream Breve and it was delicious. Had a shot of cream demint in it too. They never disappoint!"
