"The first time I took my car there. Super friendly. I showed up a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. They accommodated me anyway. Called me to let me know what they had found before moving forward with the work. And had finished the work in a really timely manner. Update: I took my car in thinking it was a problem with my power steering pump. Fully expecting to pay a couple thousand dollars by the time all was said and done. Go to pick up the car, turns out I had a coolant leak due to a couple of loose valves or something that simply needed tightening. And they topped off the fluids. Under $250 out the door! So glad I took my car to these guys! I had just had the car in to a different shop a few weeks ago, asking them to look at this issue, as well as some others. And they didn't get around to this one before returning the car to me. Coolant issues can cause your motor to seize up and require replacement! And I just replaced the motor last November to the tune of $5000! So...I would've been very angry if I had to do it again due to negligence on the last shop's behalf! Thanks so much Brian!"
