"I really never do this but honestly, if I could give a zero star rating I would. Just went through there and the lady in the drive through had a tone from the moment we started ordering. We have to repeat our order several times because she "can"t hear" and gets almost the whole order wrong. Was supposed to get a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no mayo and a side of jalapeno poppers. She takes the bacon off, adds a completely different sauce and instead of jalapeno poppers, gives us cinnamon rolls. Now all the food is cold having to go back and get food corrected just so a woman who already hates her job, can hate it a bit more because of us."

"Worst Jack in the box I've been to in the entire Northwest. They absolutely refused to sell you a side of cheese sauce. The employees don't know their own menu, and it doesn't match what they hand out the window. Worthless!!!"

"Ordered a Double Jack combo and two Monster Tacos. Picked up my order and the Tacos were cold and it was a chicken sandwich instead. Burnt too! Gross! Also the guy at the drive thru looked like he needed tips on hygiene practices. It’s important to be clean when working around food"

"All these ladies were really helpful. Leslie was awesome. I just think she should deserve credit. She had a great positive attitude and was awesome at the drive Thru Sometimes I feel like these guys don't get enough credit, so if the management can see this and give her credit. That'd be great tell her anthony appreciated her"
