"Always go through the drive through. Food is OK but they keep raising the cost and never offer coupons. I have started to go to Burger King because the food is about the same but they offer coupons. I don't know what they started doing to the quarter pounder but it is almost inedible."

"Another update: Still West 11th CANNOT figure out drive-thru! Sat at the first line for 5 minutes while they helped 2nd line over and over, seriously not this hard....finally helped and waiting again for food... If you want it fast, go to 6th street Mcdonalds! Update: This one takes the cake. I was told today I was forgotten at the "empty" drivethru because the guy went on break and the girl covering for him didn't know I was there until they helped the customer who had just pulled up at the other intercom! Then they handed me someone else's food, after my child checked it we realized we were given a 6 piece not 10 piece, I asked for 4 more nuggets just to be done with it and instead she demanded the food back as it was another customers and then they gave me my food. I really hope they made her/him fresh food and did not give that food to the customer Post remodel: 2 drive thru lanes but they only know how to operate one so they completely ignore one line, help 5 customers on the other line then once the person in the first line gives up and goes to 2nd line, the employee then comes on speaker for 1st lane and ignores 2nd lane. Completely leaves customers unattended and frustrated. Gee I wonder why so many people are upset. No customer service; NONE! construction happening in the parking lot so drive thru was closed. In the lobby full of customers with no associates were helping any of them. They were too busy chatting eachother up about their work schedule! Ridiculous! But not surprising 5 mos ago: Went to get breakfast for family this morning ordered 2 mcgriddles, get home and no meat on sandwich, none!!! Is that something that's on the menu? So frustrating this restaurant can't seem to get it together."

"Travelling through Eugene and thought I'd hit this McDonald's quick. Should have read the reviews on this McDonald's. But I mean it's McDonald's right? They're all pretty much the same or should be. Well here's a pic of my 6th nugget in my 6 pack of nuggets haha. The 6pc nuggets were free from my app that I added to a Big Mac meal. Fries were flat out cold so I didn't eat them. This is the first fast food review I've ever left because it's fast food. I don't expect gourmet meals or perfect service or anything but my god, this was even a horrible experience for a McDonald's that's a pretty low bar. Bad enough that I've spent 10 min to write this review. In fact in all my years (55yrs, so a long time) I don't think I've ever experienced a worse meal at a McDonald's. I could have complained probably and had everything fixed but it saved me some calories and I just want to get out of here. I'll never be back to this one."

"First off the employee at the window barley spoke to me besides saying please pull to the side to spot two. And I waited for like 15 minutes and they didn’t even fill the fries all the way, And this isn’t the first time they have done it happened every time I buy fries"

"Wow. A fine experience with this store. Clean, busy drive thru, welcoming manager, committed people hard at work. My fish sandwich was hot and crispy. The bun, warm and soft. The McDoubles and Double Hamburger were hot and we'll prepared. I felt very welcome. I like this place."
