"This eyesore of a business locks their dog up outside right next to the bike path no matter how cold or wet it is outside. This is a shorthair dog and is abuse. Be a better human. Clean up your property it is embarrassing. That barbed wire fence wouldn’t be hard to cut through and this problem will be sorted if you refuse to do it yourself."
