I will be looking forward to going back, and when the dentist is a topic of conversation, those words usually aren’t spoken. But with the care and work I’ve received, I’ll gladly make time to go back to the dentists."

"I am not going to leave a long drawn out post as I feel the pictures speak for themselves. You can tell that this was not something from one day of an office being open. The filth and disgusting nasty is just unacceptable. This is the buildup, and this is long-term. This is not being taken care of and we are calling the Oregon health authority to turn this in. . This is unacceptable and for the amount of time that the staff were sitting around chatting things could’ve been cleaned we left the office with no intention of having any tools put in our mouth. We will be looking for a new Dentist."

"the receptionists here are lazy, stupid, and very clearly don’t give a single care what you’re going through. the dentists are fine it’s the receptionists that are the reason i’m going somewhere else. ive been calling them for three months straight to send referrals of xrays to a specific dentist and they have lied to me for three months straight saying they have or that they will only to finally after i was sick and tired of their bullsht, tell me they can’t. why did you lie and waste my time? omg… i don’t understand why you lack empathy and compassion for the patients"

"I always have great experiences at this dental office! Everyone I've interacted with in the office is pleasant and professional. Hygienists are nice and gentle with my cleanings. I am never kept waiting too long and they are very efficient. Dr. Kumar (I think), was fantastic, explained everything in depth and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My most recent visit they did my x-rays, exam, took off my damaged crown and got me set up with a temp crown all in under an hour and a half! After so many terrible experiences throughout my child and adulthood, it is so nice to finally have an place I feel comfortable and taken care of at. I'll be back in two weeks to get my permanent crown on!"
