"Where do I begin? They don't have the numbing stuff take effect before they start! And then when they start and you say it hurts and they treat you like you're a trouble patient. Then they proceed to over medicate you and try again! I left there super numb and was slobbering bc they didn't give me time. The whole visit was them trying to access my pain level and stabbing me over and over again!! Just wait!! Then she goes and grabs the other dentist and all the time it took to get the other dentist makes my mouth incredibly numb because she was gone awhile! My mouth is sore and swollen and I'm considering getting a new dentist."
"Very aggressive, acts polite and curses under her breath. Went in for a cleaning and it was like hacksaw blades across my gums. I could tell she was rushed and frustrated and my mouth paid the price. I hope she is in a good mental state for your sake."
"Idk who my dentist was. But never again!! She was horrible!! She was hurting me. So when I said don’t hurt me anymore, instead of saying I’m sorry I’ll try and be easier. She said I have to do this to look at your teeth and if you don’t like it I can get you another dentist. Then I reply with I don’t need a new dentist just stop hurting me and then instead of saying ok I’ll do my best she sits me up and tells me she is getting me a new dentist. So unprofessional! This is when I had enough and I walked out! Who does this??? You are working on people have some Empathy for your patients!! If you are hurting them say sorry like a normal person would and then try and be easier !! Don’t throw a fit and say “ well I’ll just get you a new dentist” I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was! I would never ever go back there!"
