"Sadly waited to share my experience (due to the Covid interruption). I had my motor and catalytic convertor replaced by this company. The replacement procedure was done so badly that I had to pay for a second catalytic convertor and replacement. Now a total of $6000 plus. It was suggested by the company that did the second replacement that I sue. I chose not to go that route but I did in fact spread the word far and wide."

"Scott,(the owner), has changed the battery in our car, when we got home we discovered that the one connector was cracked and lose, I was able to remove it by hand.The car was in his shop for almost 2 weeks and he did not call us,. We are not planning to use this shop anymore."

"Absolutely awful customer service. I took my car in to have some work done and when they returned it there was a 16in crack in the windshield. They claim that nothing happened to cause the crack on their watch and that it was likely caused because of the heat- and are refusing responsibility. There are visible scratches on the glass from where something fell on it that were definitely not there when the car was dropped off. I've never come across a small business with such poor business ethics. I am furious and will never take a vehicle there again."
