I had no idea how this kind of thing worked following an accident and from the very start of the process the staff were all so friendly and reassuring. They talked me through what I should expect, were available by phone calls or texting when I needed them and they made sure I was in the loop while they dealt with my insurance. They even went well above and beyond for me and helped me get my tires off my car that I had just purchased for it before it was totaled, so I could recoup some money before my car went to the salvage yard.
