"So we go to this shop to get a cross beam fixed on our trailer. When we arrive we were told it could take 4-5 hours, cool okay. We go get food and take a nap off property for 2-3 hrs and come back to check on the trailer to find it done. My husband goes inside to find out what the cost is, to be told that the financial department stepped away to have a seat she’ll be back shortly. Okay cool no problem. 30 mins later still haven’t seen anybody so go to ask what’s going on. One the employees that works there in the shop proceeds to contact the young lady on the phone right in front of my husband and starts disrespecting my husband to this lady on the phone. All the while my husband is standing right in front of him. Once this employee gets off the phone my husband tells him look I don’t appreciate the fact that you just lied and disrespected me. This guy then proceeds to belittle my husband as he stood in their shop trying to pay for a service. Wasn’t being rude or disrespectful as this employee clearly is!!! We will never return to this shop nor do we recommend it!"
