"What I like is that they can diagnose/figure out what's wrong, fix it, and it stays fixed. I like that they have diesel mechanics and specialists. I like their customer service, I like that they answer the phone and you can make an appointment in a reasonable time-frame, I like the shuttle service, I like the car wash coupon, I like that they call you with updates and to get OK on work needed, I like that they use technology, for example to text you a report. Yes, some of this results in being somewhat more expensive, such as the shuttle service and someone to answer the phone, and highly trained mechanics, but I'm willing pay to have a reliable truck that won't strand me and my horse, and to get work done to fit into my schedule. I highly recommend Sun Automotive - I use the Springfield store."

"I had never been to this mechanic shop before, but after doing my research, and seeing that they were rated very well I decided to move forward. Their commercials are mostly what enticed me. I like that they are family-based and their commercials are genuine. I brought my 2004 Dodge diesel into them to be diagnosed due to what I thought would be rodent damage after the last ice storm. It was very apparent to be that there was rodents under the hood who had chewed through the insulation cover, and when my truck wouldn’t start, I believed it to be due to this. Authorizing a full diagnostic, found out that there was no rodent damage, however, most of the things needed were due to dead batteries and regular maintenance work. Part of me was relieved in this finding, although it came as a big shock. I authorized repairs and within a few days all repairs were done, and my truck is up and running like a champ again. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of the crew that were involved in this situation, and for the great communication throughout the process. After the initial shock of the cost of repairs, I did let the gentleman know that I needed to think on it, and would make a decision soon. he let me know that my truck was safe there and if I needed a couple days that would be fine. As this was on a Friday when I was made aware of the situation, wonderful service and great communication throughout the process and I couldn’t be more happy. I will be bringing my truck back to them, hopefully not anytime soon, but for any future repairs , and have given many of referrals thus far. Great company to work with."
