"I recently moved here from out of state & went to Les Schwab for a new set of tires after hearing good things about them. It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. I went in, told them I had an appointment, and they took my car in almost right away. I also scheduled an alignment because I heard it was recommended when getting new tires. I figured it might take a few hours based on past experiences with car maintenance, but they were much faster than I expected. I think it took a little over an hour for everything. When my car was ready, they went over everything with me. It turned out that my alignment was already pretty good. They said they tweaked it a tiny bit, but it wasn’t enough labor for them to charge me for it. I’m a younger woman that’s naive when it comes to vehicles and I worry about getting taken advantage of. I thought it was really honest of them and it meant a lot to me. They could’ve easily charged me for it and I honestly wouldn’t have questioned it. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted online, so I thought that was awesome. However, when my car was ready & I went to leave, something sounded really weird. I knew something was wrong. I immediately went back inside and let them know that it was running weird and making a strange noise. At this point, the place was pretty busy & I started to panic a little bit thinking something happened while it was being worked on. They were super apologetic and were willing to take another look at it because they didn’t feel comfortable sending me off with an issue that wasn’t there when I arrived. I can’t believe how kind & efficient they were in addressing the issue. Every employee seemed extremely busy, but they prioritized me and got my car back into a bay almost right away. It ended up being a very simple issue with the placement of some kind of rubber piece. I can’t exactly remember its function. It felt like they identified the problem & fixed it in an instant! I talked to a very nice gentleman after and he explained what the issue was. He even drew a diagram to help me understand. I went to leave & my car ran great! The tires felt good. The alignment felt good. Everything went incredibly smooth. I will obviously have to wait and see how the tires hold up, but I’m very happy with the service I received. I talked to three different men and a woman during my appointment & they were all very welcoming, caring & helpful. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, and they seem to really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely visit again if I need any future tire maintenance :)"
"Had a bolt in my trie and they ware super fast to repair it! Awesome customer service!"
"Nice clean waiting area, shop seems to run well with customers being served relatively quickly. Really nice people, not really a high-pressure sales environment and I appreciate that. Good times at Les Schwab! UPDATE: Went down to get a couple of tires put on and was told there would be about an hour and a half to two hours wait, which I was fine with tbh. Not only did they get my car into the bay in just over an hour, but they also found a screw in one of my other tires and repaired it without charging me, which I appreciate enormously. I'm glad this is "my" Les Schwab!"
"I recently bought a used car from a reputable (?) dealership in Salem. My tires looked good, but started losing pressure. Less Schwab found an old nail in one and removed it, and patched it, and didn't charge me. I now have another tire going down, so I will be back to see them. We've gone to them for years, and I'm very happy with them!"
"Had a flat on my utility trailer. A tire that wasn’t purchased at Les Schwab. They took me in without an appointment and fixed it at no charge. Gabriel checked me out and was super friendly and helpful as was the young lady that checked me in! There is a reason why people return to buy tires next time!"
