"I recently moved to Eugene from out of state and this was my first time at this location. I made an appointment online a few days before. Jaylynn called me two days before to confirm the services I needed done and she was extremely helpful. She answered questions before I could even ask them! I wasn’t sure if she was going to be my advisor when I actually got there, but she came and got me almost as soon as I pulled up. I was really happy because she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was there for about two hours for an oil & transmission fluid change, which was expected based on my past experiences at other Honda locations. Unfortunately I feel like the dealerships are always busy, so I definitely recommend setting some time aside when coming in, even with an appointment. It doesn’t really bother me though, personally. I’ve always received great service at Honda no matter the location, so I know it’s worth it! Overall, I had a really great experience. Jaylynn was very nice and I was extremely satisfied with her service. I will definitely schedule with her in the future! :)"

I arrived at my appointment time and was told by Shayla that my car's issue could not be addressed, that the person I spoke with was in a call center and had no idea what was happening at the facility. She spoke to me with such condescension that I have no desire to return after being a customer for years."
