"I drive by here most every day on the way to and from work. Every couple of years I think “it can’t be that bad,” and am reminded for a couple more years that it isn’t *that* bad. It’s worse. Not one time have I been here when they don’t have something - this time it was ranch, probably because they just don’t want to give pay for it? Ignoring that, the fries weren’t cooked thoroughly, or warm, the sourdough wasn’t grilled, there was a hair in my food, and the Dr. Pepper tasted like anything but. Seriously, this isn’t just the worst Jack in the Box, it’s the worst fast food restaurant that I know of in existence anywhere."

"I've gotten home w/chicken sand. & they have me SPICY chicken -NOT what I ordered. Can't eat spicy due to ulcer... in addition they will NOT answer the phone. Rings a few times then the line goes dead... that does not happen by accident. Often the food is good...but when it's wrong it's REALLY wrong. The service and attention to customer orders is sorely lacking!"

"I wanted to have a nice meal after a doctor's appointment, I wish I went anywhere else. The soda machine wasn't working so I got a coke that didnt taste like coke, and it was fine just not what I wanted. The chicken nuggets were a bit mushy with patchy thin breading and the fries were just very underwhelming but ultimately just fries... It wasn't the worst experience but I'm choosing a different restaurant next time."

"This place is disappointing. The food is good but the service is not so good. The lobby doors are always locked so one can't order inside only drive. As far as I understand it's the LAW to keep the doors unlocked during operation. What if you guys messed up that means I can't go in and get it corrected I have to go back in-line through the drive. Last time I went through drive it took over 20 min and my frys were cold not just old but cold to the touch. I get the feeling that Jack's maybe coming to an end in portland. Poor customer service huge wait times in the 20 min range. Prices as high as Red Robin. I'm not one to complain about uniforms but open toed shoes with socks in a restaurant is disgusting! (And not legal in oregon)"

"All the lights on the outside were off. It was completely dark, we only knew it was open from the 3 cars in the drive through. I was given the wrong food, plus I was overcharged. And this was the person working. If I was the owner of this location, I’d be furious with my store manager for allowing my business to be operated this unprofessionally. Adidas sweat pants and Yeezy sandals. He should be working for Adidas, not jack in the box."
