"I was happy to work with Toyota of Newport to purchase a one owner, well maintained with excellent carfax history, clean title Honda CRV with low miles that they had gotten in from a local trade in:) I live in Corvallis and April Marie and Jenn and the manager were great in answering all my questions about brakes,tires,etc, sending me a copy of a 157 pt inspection they do on all their vehicles, sending extra pics of under the hood, negotiating price with me and sending an offer that they held for 3 days. They offered a shuttle ride over if needed and waited 2 days when I set up an appt asking an engineer friend to go with me to make sure all the boxes were checked for a smart investment into a used car. When we arrived yesterday Joe, April, their mechanic, manager, and finance person all gave excellent customer service for us to thoroughly check out the vehicle inside and out and take it for a test drive. They give a 3 month or 3000 mile limited warranty honored at all Toyota dealerships and a year’s included maintenance oil change, fluid, tire rotation servicing. Joe has sold cars to a local friend who lives in Newport and I appreciated the small town “treating you like family” excellent customer service he gave us. He also has background as a mechanic so he has passion about mechanical knowledge about various makes and models of cars:) I like buying a car locally from a one car owner who has taken great care of it and prior to purchase I take it to my mechanic to have it inspected. Toyota of Newport Team offered a high standard of local, small town, trust building customer service that I really appreciated:)"
