"I was stranded in newport with a busted radiator I was told it would cost me me $225 to put in the radiator that I had to order after owner Bruce told me he could not find one it took one call to the local auto parts store to get a radiator on the way when I went to pick up my car the bill was $391. This is not accetable $175 over the price I was told because Bruce had never done a volvo radiator he expected to to pay for his lack of knowledge I would never have this guy work on my car again."
