Talked with me a couple times helping me figure out what I wanted, very informative and didn't try to push things that I didn't really need. Ended up getting exactly what I wanted and a nicely done wiring job. 2018 Audi Q7, not new but new enough that I wouldn't want to have to tear in and do the wiring.
