"Awesome bar/lounge in a weird spot. I went on a Friday night and got a happy hour burger for $8. The bar was mostly empty, but everyone there was great. I spotted a pool table in a separate area. I will definitely come here whenever I'm in the area."
"The bun was toasted on the burger but the burger, bacon and cheese were so overdone that the cheese was melted to unnoticeable and the bacon was practically cooked into the burger, couldn’t tell where the burger started and the bacon ended. Fried Pickles were good, the batter was spiced. The sauce was a little spicy. The fries were well salted and fried crispy. The fish was under seasoned. The bartender was nice, quick and helpful. When we arrived at dinner time the restaurant was empty and the bar was quiet. It seems like more of a bar than restaurant at night. I’ve heard good things about the breakfast so we may give that a try."
"Was anticipating some of the best salt and pepper squid in town. I didn't know they had changed owners. So we figured we would try the happy hour to see what it was like. The chicken wings were extremely dry and came with no celery or carrots. Waitress says you only get the extremely expensive celery with the large order. The happy hour Burger was dry and edible. Caesar salad was underdressed with no flavor. The french fries were good. Not planning on returning. Unfortunately lost my favorite Chinese bar."
"The outside looks great. We were anticipating a wonderful brunch. The inside smells like dry rot, and the whole environment needs repair. Dirty and uncomfortable. Not somewhere you want to eat. When the food came, super late because they kept explaining they were understaffed, all of the food was cold. It appears the place is under managed or not managed at all. The staff was working in t-shirts and dirty sneakers (not dressed like they were going to work) and although they were polite, they seemed very stressed and it appeared as though they didn't really want to be there (one girl mentioned it was her last day). I was really hoping for a good experience as I live within walking distance. Too bad. Back in the 80s when that location used to be the Trianon restaurant it was wonderful. Hasn't been the same since."
"This seems like it could be a great place! Right now it seems to still be under some renovations and when I went on a Friday night there was only one server/bartender. However she was extremely nice and accommodating. I got the nachos, which honestly were just okay, and I got the Mayan Sunset drink, which was also less than ideal. I know they are just starting up though, so I’m hoping to give it another shot soon. It was nice to have live music, the drink prices were cheaper than I expected ($9 for mine), and I love the rustic/wood architecture in the bar. Hoping they can get some more variety of customers in there!"
