"Lack of communication and bad customer service. I brought two honda heads into this shop to be inspected and resurfaced. My parts had been there for 3 days and on Friday I decided to call and ask for an update. They told me each head was resurfacable, but they didn't do it and also weren't going to update me on the status of my parts. When I asked why they weren't going to update me they then said "ya know what, just come pick them up we don't want tour business." After that I told a different shop about the situation he said he would take me in same day."
