Wendy's

"I was wondering why no one was in the drive thru. Usually the line is so long. Then I ordered grilled chicken and the girl at the said they did have any. The boss came on and was very rude to me so I went to the other Wendy's. That's how you get rid of customers. I bet their business has gone down since they got that guy in there. How rude!"

"Food was room temperature. Found bone in chicken. Service was generally nice, not super enthusiastic, but solid. Room temp food is big downer, especially with French fries."

"Accepted my Uber order at 10pm (they close at 12). They shut down the certain flavors in the ice cream machine. Made one of the Uber driver call me so they can say they don't have chocolate. Which is fine but then apparently shut down vanilla next without telling her so then she has to message me again.I don't understand why they accepted the order if they weren't able to make what I ordered. And she was not my only Uber driver for that order there was one before that drove all the way there then dropped and I'm guessing they told them that they would have to call me and they were like this is not worth my time which is fair... And now I am sitting here still with no food and frustrated at 11pm. I feel that there were much better ways that the employees could have handled this. Also don't understand why they are basically closing up shop when it's an entire 1h and a half before closing. Hope my food is not cold on top of it all! Edit: yup all cold no sauce that I specifically asked for and missing a large fry as well"

"Took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence inside. Then I was told "let me see who has the till" That was employee 1 Then employee 2 comes over presses 20 buttons without saying anything. He then goes to grab a paper towel and says someone will be right with you. 3 more minutes later.....(with several employees standing around) Employee 3 the Manager Ash comes over. Doesn't great me, doesn't say sorry for the wait. Goes straight to the p.o.s. presses 20 more buttons then with no transition very quietly says "what can I get you?" Put in my order and it was done in about 60 seconds. See picture for the ridiculousness they served me. This is a 3$ burger now? Standards down prices up. Won't be coming back."

"Tried the new honey butter chicken biscuit at this location, everything was very good. I think if the sandwich had a bit more sauce, it would get a 5 star rating. Potatoes were great."
