Domino's Pizza

"We did get our order quickly, and the delivery driver, I think her name was Trish, sorry if I’m wrong, was very kind. But I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce because my child is allergic to the red sauce. And I immediately called the store when I seen the pizza had red sauce on it. I am still unable to get anyone to answer the phone. I know places get busy sometimes, but if I would have let my kid get to the pizza before I did we would be having a much different conversation considering I would be calling an ambulance instead of dominoes. I hate leaving negative reviews but i did what I could to contact someone at the store first."

"Ordered from App which did not have an option to add notes. First Red flag. So was trying to call the store for 1 hour and no one picked up, when asked why "there is a reason we do not pick up calls" then why do you have a phone number attached when you are not gonna pick up Second Red flag. On reaching was told - Cannot re make a pizza "just" for doing a clean cut. These folks need to be trained in customer service especially Jolene. There is a reason for ordering vegetarian pizza to avoid any meat!!! Having it not clean cut defeats the purpose."

While I understand that wearing gloves may not be a requirement, I would like to suggest that your employees consider wearing something on their heads to prevent hair from falling into the food. This simple precaution could greatly improve hygiene standards and enhance the overall dining experience for your customers. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that you will take them into consideration to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all patrons in the future."

"^^^Updated again The amount of toppings on a pizza is pathetic. DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EXTRA JUST TO GET COVERAGE, EVEN WORSE THAN THE LAST TIME. THIS JUST HAPPENS TO BE CONVENIENT TO THE FREEWAY OR ELSE I WOULD NOT EVEN BOTHER. SINCE IT'S COLD BE THE TIME I GET HOME ANYWAY, MAYBE I'LL JUST SWITCH TO ANOTHER*****Updated. I tried going to this location again. Don't bother paying for extra toppings they don't give you anymore. This is what extra looks like. See picture. ******** I bought a pizza from here on my way home. The bathroom is right there in the lobby just like other Dominoes joints. When I asked if I could use it I was told no. If you can take my money and then refuse me, I'll take my business elsewhere, like Pizza Hut that will let me use the bathroom IN THE LOBBY!!!!+"

"Delicious pizza. Lots of good deal coupons available on their app. Weekdays their pizzas are great with perfect toppings & done as per instructions. Weekends it gets very busy & hence don't expect to follow instructions. No compromise on taste for sure but toppings quantities will be very less in weekends."
