"We now live outside of Oregon though have enjoyed many dinners at Bamboo in the past. Tonight we brought our aunt to celebrate a belated Christmas. Before our delicious meal, one of sushi chefs made our son’s day by crafting a bear bowl out of an orange with the orange segments and several pieces of sushi. Every morsel was delicious and we truly appreciated the kindness and generosity of this chef to make a child’s day. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and experience."
"Loved the service and the fresh ingredients for the sushi dishes here. The noise level was a bit high due to a happy group that was nearby, but staff were gracious in relocating us to the bar where it was perfect for relaxed dining."
"Good service. Atmosphere is great. I won’t talk about the quality. When we were there on Wednesday, it’s rainy and most of the business was slow that could be the purpose to take our sashimi and avocado look not fresh."
