Five Guys

"Visiting from Georgia and Five Guys is just as good if not better than home. Some complain about price, toe its worth the fresh food. Plus, dont like it, pick somewhere else."

"The door opens at 10:30, no biggy, they unlock the door at 10:26. Of course we walk in and one of the workers (short blonde hair) she yells out “we don’t open for 3 minutes. Really ?? Customer service is seriously lacking now days. She should have said something a little nicer like “ Hello, welcome in, we’ll be ready to take your order in a few minute” so at 10:29 they take our order, we’re not in a hurry we sat down to wait. We get our order called and Larry asked for some mustard (for the fries) the guy hands him two and Larry said “Thank you” the worker ignores him and walks away. Management you need to step up and teach your employees customer service ! Why be rude ? Do you think people will keep coming in if your workers are rude? I think not. Now this is the third time, burger bread is soggy and patty is too thin. We won’t be coming back."

"We have been fans but not anymore. Husband and I stopped by for dinner to go. It wasn't busy. But we received hastily thrown together burgers with soggy buns. Customer service was more McDonald's like, take a number and wait. No offer of a bag for peanuts. Had to dump my small cup of nuts into the bag. Fries were disappointing and beyond greasy. Won't be going back."

"Such nice and friendly team members! Stopped by for a quick bite, and they were super fast and hardly any wait at all. The burger and fries were fresh as they always are at majority of Five Guys locations. The restaurant was pretty clean, too!"
