"Wonderful, European style cappuccino. These folks at Verve know how to do it right 1/3 of each espresso, steamed milk and foam. Most places you get a latte when you ask for a cappuccino. Just off the score, the place is a beautiful place to take a break between shopping or sightseeing. Extra bonus - CapitalOne card holders get 50% off drinks. Staff was super polite, much like all of Portland."
