"Pretty good food and okay service. One thing I don't understand is why is there a tree in the restaurant?"

"My husband and I stopped by on our way home from running errands in Woodburn today 01/06/24. The store employee's are friendly, efficient, and attentive. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken tenders with a small curly fries to share and my husband ordered a reuben with a total cost of $18.17. Total wait time from placing our order and receiving the food less than 15 minutes which is not bad for a Saturday afternoon. Kudos to Heather the employee that took our food order accurately and the employees that prepared our food fresh(cooked instead of letting it sit on the warmer). Keep up the awesome customer service!"

"The store manager Lorri is the most polite person I've ever met. She is friendly with all the customers she listens to them and if something isn't right with a person's order she's quick to fix the problem. She's awesome and just wanted to let you all know everytime I go there I get nothing but the best when she's there also a kid named Nick is a great hardworking kid very enthusiastic and energetic fellow also polite and respectful to customer's."

"They got the meats. the double meat roast beef for spot-on. The service was great and the restaurant itself was awesome with the living tree inside. Clean as well. They would have got five stars if the curly fries were hot."

"Stopped here many times due to I5 travel. Always prompt, good service, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. I love the tree growing in the middle of the dining room. Only real critique is the last few times I've ordered the double Beef and Cheddar I've gotten super stringy roast beef slices that I don't get at other Arby's. Great location otherwise."
