"Who kicks you from your table after being offered the table by the hostess and having sat down for 10 minutes waiting to order... JT, the assistant manager, does. Yes, and rudely, too, by the way. I came with a large group of people. We waited, and after being sat down, there was not enough room or chairs. I politely went and asked the hostess, who sweetly led us to another table for two. We were about to order when JT comes with no "people skills" and aggressively tells us to leave the table. Now, if he or one of the pleasant hostesses had come and politely said we had to wait or something, I'm a reasonable person and would have graciously waited. Well, the table remained empty for another 10 minutes while I declined to eat, even though I paid $350 for my party to eat. Last time, though."

"I've ordered food from here many times and until now I've never had a complaint. Put in an order online at about 4:45 to be picked up at 6:00, but still had to sit in the parking lot waiting until after 6:20. Ordered 3 burgers, 2 appetizers, and a salad.... burgers, fries, and appetizers were stone cold when we finally got them and all had to be nuked in the microwave just to be edible plus the veggie burger wasn't supposed to have cheese but was covered in Swiss cheese and burned. If I'm spending over $100 for food I expect it to at least be warm! Seriously considering never going back to this location and don't recommend it to anyone."

"Visited this location in Portland after a 3 hour long drive. Ordered a Veggie Pizza, vegetarian burger & a chicken burger. The burgers tasted good along with their side of fries and Yukon chips. However, the pizza was disappointing. The toppings weren’t fresh and probably pickled."

"We had a pick up order and we live 5 min away. Service was good but the food was probably the worst I've had from here in a while. My husband ordered the Pig out and onion rings and I almost ate his food because mine looked so bad. I ordered the whiskey river wrap and there were barely any fries. The ones that were there were undercooked & cold. The wrap itself was subpar. Also isn't my wrap supposed to be a spinach wrap? My husband's onion rings were nice, warm & crispy as shown on the pic."
