"A barista rudely told me “we are not” supposed to wash out the cup when I presented mine then rudely reminded me to take my lid. then when I got my order it was the wrong size for the drink I ordered for my wife I recognized the fellow because a couple of weeks ago he rudely told me “I already told you we don’t have your card” when I evidently made the mistake of asking on more than one time if they found my wife’s Starbucks card which I believe I had left at Skyline. There was a few days after I had first asked he chastised for asking again While waiting I saw him giving orders to other servers He perhaps is a supervisor"
"It's just so expensive...over $6 for a venti frap. I can't afford it often, but have a gift card from Christmas. I love the lemon loaf and banana bread. Ask them to warm it up with butter. Mmm"

"Love how this location closes at 7pm! Stayed there for about 4 hours to work on stuff, it was pretty quiet and wasn’t a distracting environment. The 2 men that were working were very nice as well!"
"The people who work there are just rude. Like I went in today for breakfast, and I try to like have a conversation with the gentleman who works there and he just completely just ignored the conversation I guess.I worked in customer service for a very long time and even if you’re having a bad day, got a slap on a smile. Then he got mad at me because I was waiting for 10 minutes for a sandwich that I bought and he got frustrated with me because he kept bringing other peoples orders to the counters but forgot mine and to make clear I was the first person in line and ten people were behind me. And in the middle of me, talking, he stepped aside to talk to one of his regulars, and he was livelihoods bubbly. He was excited to see them, and then comes back to me, and completely ignores My presence. I normally don’t write reviews for customer service workers because I know how hard it is but I consistently gone to the Starbucks and gone every single time rude workers."
