"This is my normal Starbucks but today they tried to pull a lil stunt on me when I corrected them on my order. I got the iced gingerbread chai drink. I get it with no cold foam, no big deal hand them my drink back. The worker takes the drink and sprays whip cream in it, mixes it in, and hands it back like I’m stupid. Sorry I messed up your chanting sesh with your coworkers but like, c’Mon. I’m not stupid. It tasted bad by the way…"

"Good people, but the schedulers need a damn wake up call. 2 people to work the entire counter in a location this busy is pathetic. Starbucks needs to do better by it's employees."

"Staff is always very friendly at this location. They all remember my dog and are very accommodating with him and his Pupucino cravings. Store in general has a great vibe compared to not only other Starbucks or corporate coffee chains but really even smaller coffeehouse environments. The products are consistently good but that is to be expected but it's honestly the service at this location that brings me back."

"Handy spot on hot day for cold teas to go. Last time, nice clerks helped me pick my mate's tea. This trip I knew what to get. Perfect it was, again. Happy we were. Last time...Thanks for the fast service. This time it was so busy I had to wait a while. Near hospital, serves Knob Hill. Not sure which Starbucks Google wants me to update review. Rarely have issue with any Starbucks crew member. Always nice. I try to be nice at first, so I set the tone. If I'm cranky, I can't blame them if they aren't their friendliest self. Mostly they're nice. Can't eat the main snacks offered. Cringe when I see barista handle gluten pastries and then my drink. They don't know, but crumbs transfer from one thing to another, then I can be exposed to ingredient that makes me feel ill. Wish Starbucks would stop asking me about the food I can't eat. Wish I could, but unhappiness overwhelms me when I do... So I don't know about the pastry. You get to eat it all. Drinks. I usually stay with simple teas, lemonades and coffees. Hot chocolate okay for me, but often too sweet. I have started getting iced Decaf Americanos. Nice with ice, lots of cream and no sugar. If this is Starbucks on NW 21st and Lovejoy, it's open for biz with friendly baristas. On a bus line, some spots in small parking lot. If it's showing up for NW Lovejoy and 11th, it's shut. Locked, for lease. Easy to guess why, but it would be just guessing. Lots of places shutting in Portland, Oregon."
