Starbucks

"This is by far the worst Starbucks in existence. The employees are rude, they ignore you, they skip your order or give you cold sandwiches and they do not care one bit. Ive lived next to it the last 3 years In my opinion this Starbucks should be shut down. Today will be the last time I try to give them a chance. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because there is one employee (only one out of 3 years) named Jane that kind, quick and respectful. I honestly wish you had 10 of them or they worked everyday. Everyone else hired has basically been someone more worried bout their Insta then the customer standing right in front of them."

"NOTICE: Be aware that the parking lot does ticket after an hour and it's not cheap. So don't stay around too long. It's clean, friendly, and efficient. Staff is always nice! Only complaint is the limited parking time makes it difficult to work from here."

"Went in one day and got an iced drink 3/4 of the way full. Went in the next day and asked if that was normal to which the counter person said “no”, but then I got another iced drink that was 3/4 of the way full. I’m not buying from here anymore."

"I just would like the lovely employee with the pink hair to know they absolutely made my week, I’ve been having a really rough time lately and it goes to show that just a little bit of kindness shown goes a long way!!!"

"Little things can really help brighten someone's day. This little hot coco with eyes was just what I needed. The employees at this Starbucks are always great. The company needs to wake up and value their employees by allowing electronic tipping."
