"I rarely go to Starbucks unless I need something from Safeway, which isn't very often. The service gets worse each time, and the drinks are terrible. Always seem watered down and without much flavor. If u ask for a little extra flavor, they make it so sweet that u can't drink it. Also, the last 2 times, I've asked for my drink to be extra hot, and it's barely warm. The staff are rude and never smile. I'll stick with my Dutch Bros, who has way better coffee and much nicer staff who actually talk to their customers and try to get to know them. Most know me by name. Also, the drive-through is a super plus."

"It was Starbucks. I'm not sure they have brewed great coffee since the late 90's, but at least there is consistency accross locations, and for the most part, you know what you're gonna get. And i mean, it's better than hotel coffee."
