It took a little while to get in, but now I understand why they have a wait. It was well worth it. From start to finish my experience with everyone from the front desk, to my advisor, to the GM, it was pretty white glove. They were very educational during the initial evaluation, provided clear insights as to what to expect with repairs and timeline. They kept me informed every couple of days throughout the process.
