"Nothing but great things to say about Syncrohaus. I had taken my VW Rabbit to a Valvoline for an oil change and about a month or so after the oil change my oil light came on. I took it to Syncrohaus to get it looked at and to my surprise, Valvoline had installed the completely wrong oil filter and my car had almost no oil in it. Mike and Jonas were able to diagnose it quickly and got the proper filter on and new oil added. After some digging around they also noticed my vacuum pump needed to be replaced and my transmission needed a flush as well, which I also got done here. They explained everything to me in laymen’s terms so I could understand the scope of the work being done, and were very competitive in their pricing. Their customer service here is some of the best I’ve received at an auto shop. They even offered to run my car to the DEQ after service since my tags were expired. Unfortunately since the codes were reset so soon and I had two codes coming thru it wouldn’t have passed, but they offered me to take it here a few days later after a few cold starts to make sure I can pass the DEQ test before heading out there and waiting in line to potentially get turned away. This shop goes above and beyond what most other shops do, and if you’re like me and have a German car and are looking for a reputable and trustworthy shop, take your car here!! Syncrohaus got themselves a new customer and I’ll be taking my car here, from oil changes to major work, this shop does it right the first time and makes me feel like they care about my cars wellbeing.
