"Where to begin, I have been coming to MBI since 2015. I personally know the original owners grandaughter Ashley, Sig was an amazing business owner and made MBI something great, I want to thank the new owners for keeping such a good business alive, MBI is always spotless and clean, the way an automotive shop should be. I have met some great people over the years at MBI including, Brandon, Sean and John. These guys have always taken care of me, went above and beyond, made things happen that I didn't think could. Owning an older Mercedes that is rare, these guys always make the sun shine where I didn't know it could. They don't have technicians here, they have mechanics, THEY CAN FIX THINGS. Not just throw parts at your vehicle like most shops do. If you want the job done right the first time, take your Mercedes to MBI. My Mercedes is more then just a car, its apart of my family. I wouldn't trust it anywhere else other than MBI. You pay for what you get at this shop, and that is QUALITY. Don't hesitate to bring your Mercedes to this shop."

"I was referred to the shop by a client of mine. I called and spoke with the manager who informed me to park my car on the side of the shop. My car was broken into, and a piece of the starter components was stolen, so I was not able to drive the car. I had it towed to the shop. When I stop by to give the manager my keys, he informed me that the owner doesn’t want to work on my car because he thinks it will have too many problems… At first I thought the guy was joking, but he was dead serious. I looked at him baffled and confused. I said “this is a mechanic shop, correct”? He said he’s really sorry, there’s nothing he can do about it. I informed him this is discrimination, and disgusting. The owner and yourself should be ashamed of yourselves. I then went home and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car. When I went back a couple days later to meet the tow truck to pick up my car, my car was gone. The owner had my car towed. Rest, assured, I will make sure this does not happen again. I am speaking with an attorney to make sure this never happens to other people in the future."

"I have a 1984 280SL and I only trust MBI to take care of my mint condition beautiful car. MBI took care of this car when it belonged to the previous owner and I have been taking it to MBI since I purchased it 15 years ago. Brandon provides excellent customer service and has been very patient with me as we went through all the service records last summer to Mae sure the car's service portfolio was up to date. Kevin was my service advisor this week and he did an excellent job. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that they wash my car! I love the fact that they now text with service reminders and follow up after service!!"
