"Had to schedule window repair almost 4 months in advance. I called to reconfirm appt. 2 weeks ahead, advising that I needed to drive 2 1/2 hrs to meet him at residence. Two men arrived late, and when advised that I wanted them to wear masks inside home due to being elderly and high risk, one refused to wear mask and left to wait at truck. One man checked the problem and said it would take about 1 hr to repair but since he was running behind wouldn't do it. Said they never repair on first visit, but only submit info to company and company would call back with estimate and schedule a date. They never called back."

"Was told by our contractor who installed an our new shower this company would be calling us Mon.12/21 to set up an appointment to provide an estimate for our shower glass door. Never received call left message that Monday. Didn't hear back until late day Tues. 12/22 they would be out Wed.12/23 at 3pm which resulted in a NO SHOW and NO CONTACT effort made by company. We always try to use a local business unfortunately it won't be them as we found a better option to consider in Lincoln City."
