He is not trying to gauge you which is something that too many car shops do to people simply because they can. Victor did a comprehensive diagnostic on my car and was very pleasant to work with. He went through every single thing he had found in my car and explained to me in elementary terms (which I needed) what was wrong, what was right, and then his recommendations.
