Not only did I get the right wipers for my car for much less than any shop in Portland, they installed them for me. "I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism. My husband ordered wipers for my daughters car (as she needed to drive home to Beaverton), hers, you could barley see out of window, they told him they would put them on for her when she picks them up on way home. She went in, no one offered at all, (lazy and don’t wanna go out in the rain), plus it’s a little intimidating when your a young girl, asking the two grown men behind the counter if you could please put these on for me? when the MANAGER should of offered. He says: well she never asked. Really?? Has no one ever taught you any manners or people skills? Why should she HAVE TO ASK? Plus the two guys the day before promised my husband that they would do this for her when she comes in to pick them up. I called down there and confronted the manager and He was so argumentative and very rude. Will NEVER let my husband go back there again."
