"The new guy working at this Starbucks is extremely rude to his coworkers. Believe his name is Ryan? Wear a black apron so I believe he might be a manger of some sort. I have never seen such a sight in my 42 years of living of that type of behavior. I mean seriously?! Treat people with respect! Props to those baristas back there handling it though! The entire atmosphere was awful after witnessing that. Other than that, the baristas are super kind and friendly and did above and beyond on my order and others that were there!"
"The girls with black hair with pony tails and glasses and the dirty blonde girl who works on fridays are rude af. Every other day i come here i get a hi how are you doing today with friendly smiles and faces. These girls just look like they hate their jobs. My husbands sandwich was smashed so bad that everything fell out. i asked for a simple caramel macchiato with oat milk then the girl with pony tails jus proceeded to jus stare at me like i was speaking a different language. After everything i said she said “anything else” with a sigh and an attitude. Then proceed to when i get my drink the coffee is burnt and the sweet cream cold foam tasted like butter definitely dont come here on fridays come to this location literally any other day the girls on fridays just dont care"
"The regulars don't show up for the service. Thanksgiving morning, whoever the lady that was actually making the drinks was nice. She was normal. A cheerful person on Thanksgiving morning. Whoever the chick was that was taking orders was a wet blanket. You can tell they are miserable beyond words, and for the brief interaction we had while I ordered my drink, they passed some of that misery on to me. Is it really that hard to smile and say good morning? God damn, like 30 seconds, yet I'm writing paragraphs about it. Anyway, customer service now-a-days sucks, and this is place is no different than anywhere else. I hate the days I'm lazy and go to starbucks instead of making my own coffee, today's service will definitely be motivation moving forward to avoid interacting with your trash baristas.(except that lady making drinks Thanksgiving morning, she's a'ight)"
"Used to be a Starbucks I liked going to because of service. The three girls that are there now don’t seem to have a clue. Stood there waiting for 4-5 minutes before someone said “ill be right with you” Asked for a decaf americano with some steamed milk and even that simple they didn’t make right. It wasn’t busy at all. So no reason to cut corners. Step up your game, ladies. It’s Monday morning , smile:-)"
"Giving it three stars because there were homeless right outside sleeping with their blankets scattered on the ground, not a pleasant sight. Homeless is the only con but other than that it’s overall good n well! After I made this review one of the employee told the homeless to leave and they did."
