"I would suggest that management educate with little girls on customer service. My vehicle was too tall to go through the drive-through, so I parked it and walked to the walk up window patiently waited as the youth served 2 vehicles that arrived after me, while my drink was finished and waiting on her shelf. I told her to keep the drink. I was not interested in it anymore. Her response was drive-through comes first I told her to apply logic to the situation and see that my vehicle was too tall to go through the drive-through."
