"3/4/2024 Update - Reducing overall rating from 4 stars to 2. We have so many issues with the accuracy of orders from this Panera. We stopped ordering from here when there are more than a handful of people on staff, in an attempt to minimize the order issues - smaller orders, make it easier to keep things straight, right? Unfortunately, this is not true. When we order for 2 or 3 people, there is inevitably one (or more) missing dishes. Staff is always very nice when we call with issues but if you need a confirmation of the reimbursement, the process includes calling a separate number to request it, after listening to a droning IVR. Food is good, except for their pizza and pizza baguettes. I recommend this location for dine in or in person pickup only. The accuracy of our delivery meals is 20% and has been a waste of time and money wasted calling people to rectify order discrepancies, arrange for someone to pickup missing items and asking for a receipt for reimbursement. --------------------------------- My office orders from here frequently. We love their soups and their Pick Two order option. Today Trenton went above and beyond to assist us & we really appreciated it!"

"Food was good, but the soup was not as hot as I'd have liked. The service was alright. I'd have liked it better if there were numbers for the tables and the food brought to us. The tables were not clear or cleaned. There were crumbs and debris on all of the tables. I'll probably not go there again. I like the one in Tualatin better and it's cleaned more often."

"Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches to go, and a cold brew. It took almost 30min to get our food. Actual restaurants have quicker service. We were in a rush and certainly didn't expect such a delay. To top it all off, the food was cold. They also got someone else's order wrong, and then remade it incorrectly while I was waiting. Seriously the worst Panera I've ever been to."

"Pretty good food and most staff has been courteous in my experience. Used to have a dude that delivers with Idaho plates who drives pretty wild and likes to make illegal U-turns after exiting near Locust St... I used to work across the street and observed on more than one occasion. Now only complaint is the dining room is starting to show wear, a little rough around the edges. Needs a deep cleaning and repairs done. Also, look out- they are "temporarily" closing at 6pm due to staffing issues."
