McDonald's

"I ordered on the app but breakfast was over when we got there so they couldn't make it. The manager was kind and left us happy with the solution. It wasn't delivered to our table like it was supposed to be so it was cold when we finally got it and the fries were limp and gross. Luckily kids seem to eat any type of fries."

"They’ve messed up my order too many times. There always seems to be something with this McDonald’s. Whether it’s a slow line, or the wrong order, they always seem to blow it. For some reason this McDonald’s prices are slightly higher than other McDonald’s in the area. I’ve been quiet for too long. Just last night I asked for the daily double and they didn’t put tomato on it. Why would I order that burger with no tomato? One time I ordered on the app, I was charged and everything (yes it was the right location), and they said they never got the order. Just a frustrating experience every time I go to this McDonald’s. :/"

"I happened to pop in this evening for a pick-me-up meal after my shift (dealt with an awful customer and needed some comfort food). The wait time for my food was about 20 minutes. I guess the lobby closed shortly after my order and the manager (I believe she was wearing bright blue) started barking at anyone that walked in that the lobby was closed (even the people picking up DoorDash orders and people that went to use the restrooms). She gave the teens that were already there 10 minutes to eat (I imagine I wouldn't have been given that courtesy by the time I finally got my meal if I had ordered dine-in). An older gentleman came in and got yelled at and he requested that they answer their after-hours line. She curtly told him "We're not doing that right now." This confused me. What's the point of the after-hours line if you're not going to use it when the lobby closes? From my perspective as a customer service employee, her behavior was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and borderline hostile. Another employee (wearing gray) just didn't seem like they wanted to be there (given the time of night, I don't blame them) and didn't seem to care what they were doing. Honestly, I highly recommend going to a different location or the Carl's Jr. nearby (it's a bit more expensive, but the employees are usually pleasant)."

"Order one large fry through the app sat in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes and was told to go inside to come get it so I went inside you'll get it waited another 15 minutes for one large fry and then the manager gives me this. This isn't a large fry this is a small inside of a large container. And she refused to come back and talk to me. Also the young kid the front remaining the register Lord my request when I asked if you could check on my order 7 times are you kidding me McDonald's you guys need to work on your employees"

"Quick & kind service, food paid the price. Cheese was all over the wrapper. The strawberry shake tasted like there was too much strawberry flavor, it was bright pink. They made the shakes so quickly that we had chocolate shake at the bottom of the strawberry shake."
