"Had to get a Pre-purchase Inspection for a car my daughter was looking at out of town. It also had a Salvage title, which made me a bit leery of the vehicle. Because it was out of town for us, I had to Google an unknown shop to do it for us, and Mel's popped up & had good reviews, so I called. They were so flexible on getting us in when the seller could meet with us the next day. Mel & his assistant were very friendly & professional. Mel made it very clear to all parties involved that he was working for me that day. They were thorough & put my daughter & I at ease that they had our backs. Pointed out things that were good & things that would need to be addressed & approximately a time frame on when we should address these minor issues if we decided to purchase. Even suggested a few things for us to do before we made our decision. Since my husband, who knows more about cars than I do, was out of town for this transaction, I felt like I had someone there looking out for us. Mel's even charged less than quoted, which was helpful. Highly would recommend Mel's to anyone after this experience. Thank you for having our backs."
