"I have had them repair several of my automobiles. Their repairs are great and so are the people."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop scratched the front end of my car, wanted to skip turning it into their insurance (I get it, so I agreed to let them pay, privately. They agreed to pay for damages on a recorded line with my insurance if I did not make a claim). Then they decided the estimate was higher than they thought it would be, and refused to make it right. They damaged my car, they know it, they don't want to make a claim, and they are skipping out. It's costing me a $500 deductible, which my insurance will try to get back. Kars does not stand behind their work."
