He was very thorough and walked me through the process of fixing my evap system twice (two parts were worn out) over a period of almost two months while keeping the costs within my budget. He made sure to check everything before making the recommendations on which parts to fix and was able to have my car completely fixed before I had to take it in to DEQ for new tags.
